All orders are handmade after purchase. Please allow 10-14 days for processing. We are working diligently to get orders out promptly.

Shipping & Handling
Shipping is non refundable. Buyer assumes all risk at checkout on the shipping carrier. If standard is chosen, we will ship via USPS or UPS. Packages will be shipped with minimum insurance and a tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact your mail carrier.
Return Policy
Returns for defective merchandise will be accepted if returned within 14 days of purchase. Other returns may be exchanged within 7 business days from receipt. All returns or exchanges must be in original condition accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. Shipping charges are not refundable. Buyer must ship back the original item and we will ship out the replacement after the item is received. No refunds or exchanges on custom orders. All returns will only be for an online store credit. We do not give refunds of any kind just store credit or merchandise exchange. NO Refunds or Exchanges on Custom Merchandise.
